Product Description

At xniux Digital Agency, we provide three carefully designed plans to help your business grow online. Each plan includes our 6 core digital services — Website Design, Hosting, SEO, Content Writing, Social Media, and Email Design — but the scope and depth of service differ based on the plan you choose.

1. Difference Between Plans

  • Essentials Plan (Basic): Perfect for startups and small businesses beginning their online journey. Limited scope with standard features to get you started.
  • Growth Plan (Medium): Ideal for businesses that want consistent growth with more comprehensive services and ongoing support.
  • Boost Plan (Premium): Designed for established brands ready to scale up with maximum services, premium quality, and priority handling.

2. Design Policy

  • We provide standard UI design to ensure a professional and clean look.
  • Complex UX functionality (e.g., custom applications, advanced workflows, or unique interactive features) is not included by default.Please discuss with us beforehand if you require these. Such requests may involve an additional scope of work and tailored cost beyond the plan pricing. We handle this with transparency to ensure the right solution without unexpected limitations.

3. Order Policy

  • All sales orders are final.
  • We encourage you to discuss your needs with us before placing an order to make sure you select the right plan.

4. Project Timeframes

We are committed to delivering within the timeframe agreed in each plan, while always striving to complete drafts as soon as possible:

A. Website Design
  • Essentials Plan: 2–4 weeks
  • Growth Plan: 2–6 weeks
  • Boost Plan: 2–8 weeks

Note: If order volume is high, the timeframe may extend, but it will remain within the period mentioned above.

B. Other Services

For Hosting, SEO, Content Writing, Social Media, and Email Design, the timeframes are outlined in each individual product page.

5. Important Notes

  • Please review our FAQs before ordering.
  • We create websites from scratch in most cases, but we may use templates when suitable.
  • If you already have a website:
    • We can only migrate WordPress sites.
    • Websites built on other platforms (Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, etc.) require discussion before ordering.
  • By ordering, you agree to move your project to our hosting for full speed, security, and backups.
    • If you prefer your own hosting, pricing remains the same (no reduction).
    • In that case, we cannot guarantee performance or security, and you must provide full credentials for us to work.

6. Additional Point

  • Ongoing Support: After project completion, you’ll receive guidance to manage your digital assets effectively. Additional updates or new requests outside the plan can be discussed as add-ons.
